FEATURES:
o Super thick Siamese cast cylinder walls.
o O.D. of cylinder Wall is squared off for even
more strength.
o Outside of block looks nearly identical to original 1965 427 SIDE OILER
including "C5AE-H"and 1965 casting date in original positions;
Screw in Freeze plugs, etc.
o Iron block can easily be bored to 4.440" (with sonic checking possibly
a maximum of 4.500"!!)

nickel.
o Aluminum blocks are 356-T 6 including custom made flanged ductile iron
sleeves .150" thick. Maximum bore size with alum block is 4.310"
o Pattern work, foundry work, and all machine work are done in the USA!
o Beefed up areas include: main webbing, main housing area, oil pan rail,
and cam support
o Lifter Galleys are drilled so that any style cam including hydraulic
can be used.
o All machine work is professionally done.
o Each and every block is pressure checked after final machining.
o Serial number is stamped on each block. Each block is inspected to insure
that you get what is advertised!!
o Water transfer passage from block to head has been reduced to prevent
upper four corners from cracking (a common area for all FE blocks).
o Deck Surface thickness increased by 3/8" (over stock) for added
strength.
o Water jacket passage is cast shallower to increase bottom end strength.
o Main caps are stronger than originals.
o Cross bolt diameter increased from 3/8" to 7/16" for extra
strength.
o Std. bore size on this block will be 4.250" (+.017" over original
size). It will actually mic out a little smaller so that you can have
it honed once you have purchased your pistons. This bore size. (Std. bore
BB Shitrolet) allows a wider selection of pistons and rings.
o Main Housing bores dbl. Tanged so 351C main bearings can be used. This
gives a wider selection of sizes & materials for race applications.
